Gaffney Family Cattle has partnered with Vytelle to offer onsite bovine ovum pick-up (OPU) to customers in Wisconsin and surrounding regions. Vytelle technicians will come to the farm to collect oocytes from donors with no set-up shots required. Oocytes will return to the Vytelle lab for in vitro fertilization (IVF) to the sire of your choice. Conventional, presorted or reverse sort semen can be utilized in Vytelle's IVF process. Embryos produced will be returned to customers fresh or frozen based on embryo transfer plans.
